Before the Show

Visitors viewing the educational sessions schedule on packexpointernational.com will see your company’s name and presentation title and will be encouraged to add your session to their planner.
Stages are mentioned in direct mail and email communications to prospects.
Registered attendees receive emails directing them to the educational sessions schedule.

During the Show

Daily emails to attendees direct attention to the educational sessions schedule online.
Prominent signage for all speaking stages, great locations on the show floor, and access to your pre-recorded content online encourage good attendance for your session.

After the Show

Your pre-recorded presentation will remain online for attendees to view on-demand.
You will receive contact information for all presentation attendees, both in-person and virtual, to follow up with them.
If you choose the on-site recording option, you will receive the video file for your future use in promoting and highlighting your innovation.

ABSTRACT SUBMISSIONS CLOSED

Application Process: Submit your application with a 150-word abstract explaining how your innovative solution(s) would benefit attendees. Your abstract must include a presentation title, speaker information, and contact information.

Selection Process*: Innovation and Food & Beverage Processing Innovation Stages are only open to exhibitors. A panel of industry experts will choose presentations via a competitive vetting process.

First review period deadline: May 7, 2026
Second review period deadline: June 4, 2026

Cost:

$4,495 per accepted presentation
$5,595 for a primetime slot (NEW!)

*All accepted applicants agree to submit a pre-recorded presentation video file, to be aired at the start of your in-person session. Your pre-recorded presentation needs to be delivered to PMMI no later than September 28. Should the exhibitor cancel their booth space for PACK EXPO International 2026, their Innovation Stage and/or Food & Beverage Processing Innovation Stage session(s) will be cancelled. Please note that all sessions are non-refundable.
