RULES & REGULATIONS

The PACKEXPO International Rules & Regulations are an integral and binding part of your contract as an exhibitor. Following the guidelines will allow everyone to enjoy a successful show. Please be sure to review the Rules & Regulations for your booth type. If you are unsure of your booth type, please reach out to [email protected].

MOVE-IN/MOVE-OUT SCHEDULE

Each exhibitor has specific dates and times allocated for setting up (move-in) and taking down (move-out) display materials, equipment, and machinery at McCormick Place. Drayage/Material Handling (moving items between your truck at the dock and your booth) is covered in your space rate if your truck arrives by the designated date and time.

If your company cannot meet the scheduled inbound and/or outbound dates, please complete the Target Change Request Form to request a change.

Customer Invite Program

Invite your customers and prospects to the show, FREE of charge. The Official Hotel Reservation Office for all PACK EXPO shows is Expovision. PMMI has no affiliation with any other room brokers. Expovision is the only company that is officially sanctioned and certified by PMMI to book hotel rooms on behalf of its exhibitors and attendees.
