The Exhibitor Resource Center is your online portal where you can plan and execute many of the tasks you need to complete before the show. You’ll come back to this resource often, so be sure to bookmark the page in your favorite browser!

How to log into your profile

To log into your Exhibitor Resource Center profile as the primary show contact:

1. Navigate to packexpointernational.com.

2. In the upper right-hand corner of the page, select Login, then Exhibitor Login. If this is your first time logging in, enter your email, then Continue.‍

Hint: Bookmark this page for future reference!

3. Select Forgot Password to receive an email to set up your new login credentials. After setting up your new credentials, you will be able to log in as normal.

- Note: Login credentials do not transfer from show to show, so you will need to set up a new login for every show.

Update Your Online Listing

Your online listing is your company’s digital profile to showcase your products and services to attendees. This information is pulled into the Exhibitor Directory, so it's important to complete every section.

Exhibitor Service Manual

The Exhibitor Service Manual is your digital catalog where you can order booth services/labor, register your EAC or third party, complete your Material Handling Agreement (MHA), and more. Navigate to the Exhibitor Service Manual tile in the Exhibitor Resource Center to start ordering.

Exhibitor Registration

Use the Exhibitor Registration in the Exhibitor Resource Center to register your booth personnel and order Lead Retrieval devices. Register your staff by September 18, 2026 for free! Any registrations after this date will incur a $15 fee. Badges registered before September 18 can be mailed or picked up onsite. Any registrations after this date will need to pick up at registration.

Note: All registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Rules and Regulations

All exhibitors must adhere to the Rules and Regulations for their specific booth type. All exhibitors shall arrange their displays so they utilize only the booth area contracted for, and in such manner as to recognize the rights of other exhibitors and show visitors, and to conform to the overall pattern developed by Show Management.

Move-in/Move-out Schedule (Target Dates)

Exhibitors will be assigned a targeted move-in date on which their shipment must be delivered to McCormick Place. Penalties will be assessed for failure to meet this schedule. You can view your target date using the maps here.

Please note all exhibits must be fully set up, and all empty containers removed from the show floor by 1:00PM on Saturday, October 17, 2026.

Shipping Options

There are two options for shipping your freight:

‍To the Advance Warehouse (see below for rate information)
‍Directly to show site (included in drayage package)

Drayage is included in your space rate; you do not need to order labor to load and unload your trucks. (This should not be confused with shipping, which is the cost to transport your exhibit material to and from the facility.)

Advance Warehouse

Avoid delays and wait time on site. PACK EXPO Services will deliver your shipment directly to your booth on your assigned move-in date. Target dates cannot be changed once freight is received at the warehouse.

Advance Warehouse Rates

Received September 1, 2026 – September 30, 2026: $0.25/pound ($250.00 minimum)

Note: Shipments received after September 30, 2026 are considered late and will be charged an expedited handling fee of $1.00 per pound with a $1,000.00 minimum. There is no guarantee your shipment will arrive to your booth on your target date.

Direct-to-Show Site

A Marshalling Service has been established to help ease congestion at McCormick Place and better utilize dock space. All vehicles, including cars, with materials for delivery, must check-in at the marshalling yard located west of Lake Shore Drive, approximately six (6) blocks south of McCormick Place at the corner of Moe Drive North and 31st Street. There is no usage fee required by McCormick Place.

Material Handling Agreement (MHA)

To ensure your move-out is as smooth as possible, pre-fill the destination information on your Material Handling Agreement(s) (MHA) in advance of the show. Each outbound shipment must have a completed MHA in order to ship materials from the convention center. Complete the Material Handling Agreement form through the Exhibitor Resource Center under the "Order Booth Services" tile.

Companies that pre-fill the MHA in advance will receive a printed copy on their booth on the last day of the show. MHA's must then be completed with piece counts and handed in to the Exhibitor Services Center once you are ready for your freight to be picked up.

Floor managers will be your main point of contact for set up, labor, and Rules and Regulations questions. Look for official, red PMMI jackets to find your floor manager.

Floor Service Representatives (FSRs) in black PACK EXPO Services jackets are also onsite if your floor manager is not available.

Booth labor

Booth labor is available to assist with unpacking, installing and dismantling your booth, and packing your exhibit properties and materials after the show.

You may choose to supervise the labor on your own or, your exhibit can be set up prior to your arrival under PACK EXPO Services (PES) supervision. PACK EXPO Services (PES) Supervised Labor will be completed at our discretion. You must be a registered exhibitor (or third-party or EAC) to be allowed on the show floor.

Dismantle and Move-Out

Exhibitors should plan to dismantle their booths and move-out on their assigned target date. Please note exhibitors are not permitted to break down their booths before this time.

At show break, PACK EXPO staff will begin removing carpeting which may take up to one hour. After carpet is removed, staff will begin returning crates. Please be patient as this process will take approximately 7-9 hours.

Online leads from MyShowPlanner can be found in the Exhibitor Resource Center under the Online Listing Performance tile.

Contact Xpress Leads + Maritz for leads captured during the show using the lead retrieval devices.
