Each exhibitor has been assigned target dates and time slots for installation (move-in) and dismantling (move-out) of display material, equipment and machinery at McCormick Place. Drayage/Material Handling (moving items between your truck at the dock and your booth) is included in your space rate provided your truck arrives by your assigned date and time.
If your company cannot adhere to the scheduled inbound and/or outbound dates as assigned, please fill out the Target Change Request Form by September 9, 2026 to request a change. Approval is not guaranteedand is based on booth location and overall move-in/move-out logistics.
