Exhibitor Appointed Contractors (EAC)
All Exhibitor Appointed Contractors must be registered with PACK EXPO Services by September 2, 2026.
For general pricing and quotes, select the View Pricing button below. From the homepage, select the Order Services tab, then choose the appropriate service. You do not need a login to view general pricing information.
To register an EAC, please review and follow the steps outlined in the EAC Registration Guide.
If the EAC will act as a third-party and make purchases on behalf of the exhibitor, exhibitors MUST complete the Third-Party Authorization Form in the Exhibitor Service Manual.

- September 9 – Target Change Request Deadline
- September 14 – Advance Warehouse Discount Deadline
- September 18 – Booth Personnel Registration Deadline
- September 25 – Catering Deadline
- September 30 – Advance Warehouse Final Deadline
- October 17 – Last Day to Use Exhibitor Comp Codes
