You’re Invited to the First Timers’ Lounge

Your badge will indicate that you are a “First-Time Attendee” and serve as your pass to the First Timers’ Lounge. Enjoy free refreshments, comfortable seating and charging stations for your devices, and get help from knowledgeable staff on finding suppliers that fit your needs.

6 Tips for First-Timers

  1. Book your hotel early through the PACK EXPO International Hotel Reservation Office (Expovision) for the best rates and availability. Hotels do fill up.
  2. Come with a plan. Use My Show Planner and the mobile app to create an agenda of exhibitors/products and educational sessions you want to see. Consider covering one hall per day.
  3. Download the mobile app (available in September) to keep your planner and show information handy.
  4. Make time for educational sessions in your itinerary and plan your route at the show accordingly.
  5. Pick up a Show Guide when you arrive at McCormick Place for comprehensive show information such as exhibitor listings, session schedules and sponsored offerings.
  6. Remember to pack your badge, comfortable shoes, and a refillable bottle (refills available at McCormick Place).
