Know Before You Go to
PACK EXPO International 2026

An attendee badge provides access to all show halls for all four days. It also works as your digital business card—just scan it with exhibitors (including at sessions) to connect. After the show, you’ll get a personalized Digital Backpack via email, with a list of exhibitors you visited, sessions you attended, and e-literature you collected—making follow-up easy.

Create Your Customized Plan

• Plan your time at the show early! Use the online My Show Planner tool to search for exhibitors and sessions, create your itinerary, and even schedule appointments with exhibitors. New “Recommendation” features allow you to get recommendations based on your profile. Plus, use “Plan My Smartest Route” to map the most efficient route through the show halls.
• Try searching for products and exhibitors using PACK EXPO Solutions Finder and Sustainability Solutions Finder. Both are connected to My Show Planner so you can save your searches.
• Download the PACK EXPO International Mobile App, which syncs with My Show Planner.
• Book your travel early through Expovision and get the best rates (plus free shuttle services).
• Allow plenty of time at the show. With so much to see, consider staying an extra day and bring your team to help divide and conquer the show floor.
• Visit the Attendee Resource Center for all services to help you plan your experience.
