Registration Information

The price of registration is US $30 through October 11, US $130 after. International attendees should register as early as possible. Allow up to three months for a travel visa to be processed. Book your hotel as soon as you register, as hotel rooms often sell out. As soon as you register, set up a My Show Planner account to contact exhibitors and make appointments with them.

Travel Authorization

Due to changing policies for visiting the United States, we strongly recommend that you consult the U.S. Customs and Border Protection website at cbp.gov/travel and the State Department website at travel.state.gov for the most up-to-date information on:

U.S. Visas for travel to the United States
Visa Waiver Program requirements, including ESTA (U.S. Travel Authorization)
U.S. Embassies, Consulates and Diplomatic Missions nearest you

Best Practices for Obtaining a U.S. Travel Visa

Visa processing may take up to three months, so register for the show and apply for your visa as soon as possible. Check the visa appointment wait time at your U.S. Embassy/Consulate on travel.state.gov.

When you are registering, tick the box to request a Letter of Invitation
Within a few days, you will receive an email with a PDF of your letter.
Print and bring this letter to your visa interview.
Compile additional evidence to demonstrate your purpose in attending PACK EXPO International. This includes:
• Proof of employment
• Your My Show Planner account and agenda, showing which exhibitors/products you want to see at the show and any contacts you have made or meetings you have scheduled with exhibitors.
Show the visa officer proof that you intend to return to your home country after PACK EXPO. For example:
• Proof of family ties, home ownership or other financial interests
• Record of previous international travel

Reserving Your Hotel

For the best prices and service, reserve your room through the official PACK EXPO International Hotel Reservation Office (Expovision).
