Priority Space Selection Timeline and Process
Priority Space Selection
- Exhibit Space Application and Contract Launch: March 7, 2025
- Contract and 25% deposit Due Date: June 2, 2025
- Space Selection: Begins Mid-June 2025 for PMMI Members in General Show Space , followed by non-PMMI Members in General Show Space in July, and Pavilion Selection in August.
Members select first, followed by non-members, based on a Priority Points System. To view the Member Priority List, click here.
Space Selection Process
- The Show Contact at each company, having submitted an application by the deadline, will receive an email from PMMI informing them of their date & time for space selection.
- On the date & time assigned, PMMI will call the Show Contact to make their final selection.
- Floor Plans are updated in real time so exhibiting companies can follow along and be prepared with their booth requests during their appointment time.
- PMMI will assign your space during your appointment time and send a confirmation email.
Exhibit Space Pricing
PMMI General Member of 7+Year Rate:$ 26.75 per sq. ft.
PMMI General Member of 1-6 Years Rate: 32.25 per sq.ft.
Non-Member Rate: $34.25 per sq. ft.
- The contract and 25% initial deposit payment must be received by June 2, 2025 to participate in Priority Space Selection. Companies applying after this date will participate in first come, first served selection after Priority Space Selection is complete.
- Booths will be assigned based on a priority points system. Applicants will receive an email notifying them of their assigned date and time.
