PACK Challenge

High School Teams Compete to Build Packaging Machines

Location: West Building, Booth W-26000

Come watch the PACK Challenge finalists compete live!  After months of designing and building innovative technology, these teams are ready to showcase their work for a chance to win up to $20,000. This mentor-based showcase helps students develop both technical and professional skills—including confidence, communication, leadership, and collaboration.

Future Innovators Robotics Showcase

Tomorrow’s Problem-Solvers Demonstrate Robotics in Action

Location: West Building, Booth W-28000

High school robotics teams demonstrate their skills in automation, programming, engineering and teamwork. This mentor-based showcase helps students build both technical and professional skills—confidence, communication, leadership and collaboration. Each participating high school receives a $500 PMMI Foundation grant to support STEM learning.

Students PACK the EXPO

PMMI will host students from local area schools from Indiana, Illinois and Wisconsin to attend PACK EXPO International. The students will gain an understanding of the packaging and processing industries through a PACK Quest scavenger hunt, student tours and a lunch and learn session.

The Amazing Packaging Race

University Engineering Students Tackle Real-World Challenges

College engineering teams race through PACK EXPO International, visiting exhibitor booths to complete challenges drawn from real manufacturing scenarios. Students solve problems, apply classroom knowledge to industry technology and connect directly with suppliers and professionals who may one day become their colleagues.
