How do I book my hotel?

To receive discount room rates for show participants, make your reservations through the Travel + Hotel section of this website. The button on the Book Hotel page connects you to the reservations system for Expovision, the official Hotel Reservation Office for PACK EXPO International. Please be aware of unofficial housing vendors and scams.

How do I rent an electric scooter for the show?

Electric Scooters are available to rent at McCormick Place and are offered by Scootaround. For more information and pricing, and to book your scooter, please call Scootaround at 1-888-441-7575.

Will there be shuttle bus service from the hotels to the convention center?

Yes. Complimentary shuttle bus service will run between official hotels and McCormick Place during the morning and afternoon hours around the show’s opening and closing. A shuttle map and additional details will be available closer to the show.

How many complimentary booth personnel badges do we receive?

All exhibitor badges are complimentary when you register your booth personnel by September 16, 2022. There is no cap on the number of personnel you can register. After September 16, 2022, all exhibitor badge registrations will incur a $15 fee per badge. Click here to register booth personnel.

How do I populate my company information for inclusion in the online directory?

Log in to the Exhibitor Dashboard. The online Exhibitor Search is the directory for the show and, as an exhibitor, you are automatically included in the online directory (Exhibitor Search) and printed Show Guide. The PACK EXPO International Show Guide lists only exhibiting company names and booth numbers. All other information you wish to convey to attendees about your company should be added to your online company profile.

Login information will be sent to the Exhibitor Show Contact. Once you have received the ID & password, you can log in to the Exhibitor Dashboard and begin populating your company description, vertical markets, product categories and more.

What is the cost per square foot to exhibit?

The base rate is $32.25 per square foot including drayage/material handling. PMMI member space rates vary. If you are a PMMI Member and would like to know your space rate, please contact the PMMI Show Department at 571-612-3200 or email expo@pmmi.org.

Drayage/material handling is included in your space rate provided your shipment/truck checks in at McCormick Place by 2:00 pm on your assigned target move-in date. See the Rules & Regulations and the Exhibitor Service Manual for additional information and special assessment pricing.

What is my Exhibitor Dashboard login ID?

The Show Contact for your company will receive an email with an ID and password to log in to your Exhibitor Dashboard. If you have not received this password or are having trouble logging in, please have the Show Contact call the PMMI Show Department at 571-612-3200 or email expo@pmmi.org. Passwords can only be given out to the Show Contact on file.

What is drayage?

Drayage is the moving of the exhibitor’s machinery, etc., off the exhibitor’s truck at the dock to the exhibitor’s booth and back to the dock to be loaded back onto the truck. This is included in the price of the exhibitor’s booth space—a benefit not seen for other packaging and processing trade shows.

How can I improve my priority point standing?

Each exhibitor is assigned a priority point for space selection. PACK EXPO International, PACK EXPO Las Vegas and PACK EXPO East hold separate priority standings. By exhibiting continuously, and by those ahead of you in priority not exhibiting, an exhibitor begins to move up the priority point system. Choosing not to exhibit at PACK EXPO Las Vegas or PACK EXPO East does not affect your PACK EXPO International priority.

How can I become an exhibitor at PACK EXPO International 2022?

To reserve your booth space at PACK EXPO International 2022, submit your exhibit space application. All booths are now being sold on a first-come, first-served basis. To start your application, go to Reserve My Booth.

Upon submitting your exhibit space application, a member of the PMMI trade show department will process your application, assign the booth space requested, and send a confirmation email and invoice.

What is the payment schedule for booth space?

A nonrefundable 25% deposit should accompany your Exhibit Space Application. An additional 50% of the total booth price will be due by April 1, 2022. The final 25% will be due by June 3, 2022. For any booths booked after June 3, 2022, full payment is due with the space application.

What are the height regulations?

Booths under 599 sq. ft. are allowed a maximum height of 12’ for all display material including logos and graphics. Hanging signs are NOT permitted. Booths 600 - 1,499 sq. ft. are allowed a maximum height of 14’ for all display material including logos, graphics and hanging signs, and booths 1,500 sq. ft. and over are allowed a maximum height of 18’ for all display material including logos, graphics and hanging signs. All display material and machinery must be set back at least 1’ from all aisles. For more information, please consult the complete Rules & Regulations.

Can I change my target move-in and/or move-out date?

Move-in/Move-out dates are determined based upon your location within each hall. You can request a change to your target dates by emailing targetchange@packexposervices.com.

What is the cancellation policy?

Your 25% deposit is nonrefundable and nontransferable. For cancellations received after April 1, 2022 and prior to June 3, 2022, the exhibitor will forfeit any monies paid to date, up to 75% of the total booth price. Any cancellations received after the final payment deadline (June 3, 2022) will forfeit 100% or all monies paid to date. For details, see the Rules & Regulations.

Per the European Union GDPR regulations, is it legal to contact attendees for marketing purposes if they have allowed an exhibitor to scan their badge?

Yes, if an attendee allows an exhibitor to scan their badge, then he/she is giving permission to be contacted.

How can I upgrade and improve my online directory listing?

Contact your exhibit sales representative about upgrading your complimentary online directory listing. Upgrade packages help you increase visibility and make a stronger impression on PACK EXPO Las Vegas 2023 attendees. You’ll find package details on the Package Upgrades page.

How much does registration cost?

Registration is $30 through September 30 and $130 after. Registration includes access to free educational sessions taking place in venues on the show floor.

Will my badge be mailed to me?

Yes, show organizers will mail badges to attendees from the U.S. that register on or before October 7. To help keep badge pick-up lines at a minimum we stress the importance of bringing your mailed badge with you onsite. Attendees from outside the U.S. must register on or before September 30 in order to receive your badge in the mail. Otherwise, you will need to pick up your badge in Chicago.

What are the age restrictions at PACK EXPO International?

No person under the age of 14 is allowed on the show floor, before, during or after the show. Neither strollers nor carried infants are allowed on the show floor.
