As a current exhibitor of PACK EXPO International and Healthcare Packaging EXPO, you have 3 options regarding payments made towards the cancelled event. You can transfer your payment to the new live, virtual event - PACK EXPO Connects 2020, or you may transfer your payment to PACK EXPO Las Vegas and Healthcare Packaging EXPO 2021 (and lock in your 2020 space rate) or request a full refund. PACK EXPO International and Healthcare Packaging EXPO 2020 exhibitors who choose to transfer their payments to PACK EXPO Las Vegas and Healthcare Packaging EXPO 2021 will lock in their 2020 space rate for the 2021 show – saving $1 per square foot.
PMMI Media Group is using their knowledge of digital marketing and lead generation to launch PACK EXPO Connects. This new opportunity will occur November 9-13, 2020 and will offer many new ways to engage with your customers, including live chats, 1:1 or group engagement opportunities, live product demos, comprehensive educational opportunities, and more. All orders placed through PACK EXPO Services will be cancelled and refunded automatically. You will receive an updated account summary by the end of August. If you have any questions feel free to contact PACK EXPO Services at 972-751-9400 or [email protected].
Selection priority will revert to the priority used for the PACK EXPO International and Healthcare Packaging EXPO 2020 show when space is assigned for the 2022 show. Participating in PACK EXPO Connects will have no impact on future priority.
After thoughtful consultation with the PMMI Board of Directors, PMMI, The Association for Packaging and Processing Technologies, has made the difficult decision to cancel its in-person PACK EXPO International and Healthcare Packaging EXPO in Chicago this year. The PMMI Board determined that due to the evolving COVID-19 pandemic and the current state and local regulations, it was not possible to have a safe and productive event for attendees and exhibitors. All attendees will receive an email about their payment and next steps on August 10. Show Management is in the process of issuing refunds to those who have paid for their registration. If you have any questions about obtaining a refund, please email [email protected].
Once registration opens in mid-September, all PACK EXPO International and Healthcare Packaging EXPO 2020 registrants will be sent information about participation in PACK EXPO Connects, PMMI Media Group’s free virtual event, taking place November 9-13, 2020. More information will be emailed to you in next month.
